Looking around at alternatives to the new Microsoft Surface computer, I found quite a few DIY Multi-Touch implementations.
Surprisingly, there really isn’t that much to it. A video projector, a PC, a large sheet of Perspex (for the screen) and a few other bits and pieces and you’re done.
The videos below are 1) someone’s first test after completing their DIY Multi-Touch and 2) the ultimate in Multi-Touch implementations (you can buy it today for around USD100,000).
